After we receive your wholesale seller request, we will e-mail you a confirmation to add our product to your website or make a purchase for your store. We reserve the right to deny retailing of our product to websites that have not been operational for at least one year.

All of our keepsake chests are 100% poplar wood and are made for a lifetime of use. Each chest is lovingly hand-painted here in our studio by artist, Stacie Dale and can be personalized with a first name or 3 letter monogram. Please specify this option when adding our information to your website as "Enter name or Monogram as you want it to appear on chest. " Each chest includes a First Tooth and Lock of Hair envelope on the inside lid, fabric insert in bottom and product card with uses for the keepsake chest. We request that you retail our keepsake boxes at $240 USD. Shipping charges are $25 for every box. Total customer charges would be $265. All shipments are drop-ship and sent UPS Ground delivery. We currently ship to the US only. All boxes are shipped within three weeks of receipt of payment. We receive payment of $145 USD per chest, through Paypal, company check or company VISA or Mastercard.  An order is not confirmed and will not be painted and shipped until payment is received.

New wholesale designs will be added periodically throughout the year. We hope your customers will enjoy our keepsake chests and fill them with all of their treasured memories.
